Common use of Non-Recourse Debt of Clause in Contracts

Non-Recourse Debt of. a Non-Recourse Subsidiary; provided, however, that if any such Debt thereafter ceases to be Non-Recourse Debt of a Non-Recourse Subsidiary, then such event shall be deemed for the purpose of this Section 4.04 to constitute the Issuance of such Debt by the Issuer thereof;
