Non-Recruit Covenant. Executive agrees not to recruit any of Company’s employees for the purpose of any outside business either during or for a period of one year after Executive’s tenure of employment with Company. Executive agrees that such effort at recruitment also constitutes a violation of the non-solicitation covenant set forth above.
