Common use of Non-Recruit Covenant Clause in Contracts

Non-Recruit Covenant. Executive agrees not to recruit any of Company’s employees for the purpose of any outside business either during or for a period of one year after Executive’s tenure of employment with Company. Executive agrees that such effort at recruitment also constitutes a violation of the non-solicitation covenant set forth above.

Executive and Lender each agrees not to recruit any employees of Company’s employees the Company or any Affiliate for the purpose of any outside business either during or for a period of one year three (3) years after Executive’s tenure of employment with the Company.
