Non-Recurring Costs. Corporation will provide the firm, non-refundable fixed amount of $***** for start-up of the Casings program contemplated hereby (the “Start-Up Fee”), in increments per the Non-Recurring Milestone Schedule, Attachment II, to Contractor over the next year to support Contractor’s outlays necessary to acquire equipment and other items and services to be used for manufacturing Casings under this Contract. As an inducement to Corporation to enter into this Contract and to secure performance of Contractor’s production obligations under this Contract, Contractor agrees that Corporation will have a lien on and security interest in the equipment described in Attachment II purchased by Contractor for the Casings production program out of the Start-Up Fee as set forth in that certain Security Agreement to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties and executed and delivered by the Parties within ten (10) days of the date hereof.
Non-Recurring Costs. A. Non-recurring charges, if any, incurred by BUYER in conjunction with this Agreement shall be an all inclusive, one-time charge, shown, upon occurrence, in Attachment "A", to produce the corresponding product(s) listed in Attachment "A". Such charges shall be itemized and invoiced separately from product costs.

The total non-recurring price shall be paid by Buyer within the term discount period or thirty (30) calendar days (whichever is later) after receipt of both acceptable Products by Buyer and receipt of an acceptable invoice accompanied by a properly prepared Certified Tool List as specified in the M31-24 Document, "Boeing Supplier Tooling Manual." Invoices received with incorrect, improperly prepared or incomplete certified tool lists will be returned for correction prior to payment. Invoices shall be dated concurrent with, or subsequent to, shipment of the Products.
