Metering. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

Metering. In accordance with the Local Distributor’s Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers Sections 3B(6) and 7A, the Local Distributor will be responsible for any metering which may be required to xxxx Participating Consumers.

Metering. 8.1 The Network Customer shall provide for the installation of meters, associated metering equipment and telemetering equipment. The Network Customer shall permit the Transmission Provider’s and Host Transmission Owner’s representative to have access to the equipment at all reasonable hours and for any reasonable purpose, and shall not permit unauthorized persons to have access to the space housing the equipment. Meter owner will permit the Network Customer and/or Host Transmission Owner, as applicable, to remotely interrogate through read-only access any delivery point meter for the purpose of obtaining load data and other data, if available utilizing existing equipment. At the request of Network Customer, or Host Transmission Owner, the meter owner will cooperate on the installation of advanced technology metering in place of the standard metering equipment at a delivery point at the expense of the requestor; provided, however, that meter owner shall not be obligated to install, operate or maintain any meter or related equipment that is not approved for use by the meter owner and/or Host Transmission Owner, and provided that such equipment addition can be accomplished in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of meter owner’s equipment or any Party’s fulfillment of any statutory or contractual obligation. 8.2 The Network Customer shall provide for the testing of the metering equipment at suitable intervals and its accuracy of registration shall be maintained in accordance with standards acceptable to the Transmission Provider and consistent with Good Utility Practice. At the request of the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, a special test shall be made, but if less than two percent inaccuracy is found, the requesting Party shall pay for the test. Representatives of the Parties may be present at all routine or special tests and whenever any readings for purposes of settlement are taken from meters not having an automated record. If any test of metering equipment discloses an inaccuracy exceeding two percent, the accounts of the Parties shall be adjusted. Such adjustment shall apply to the period over which the meter error is shown to have been in effect or, where such period is indeterminable, for one-half the period since the prior meter test. Should any metering equipment fail to register, the amounts of energy delivered shall be estimated from the best available data. 8.3 If the Network Customer is supplying energy to retail...
Metering. The interconnection customer shall be responsible for the cost to purchase, install, operate, maintain, test, repair, and replace metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 5 and 6 of this Agreement.
Metering. The Company will install metering equipment as necessary 1) to accomplish the billing as described in Article IV: Net Energy Billing of this Agreement and 2) to collect the applicable State of Maine sales tax on the In Energy. In the event that the Company determines that it is necessary to separately record In Energy and Out Energy, the Company will bear the additional cost of metering equipment to separately record In Energy and Out Energy. In the event that the Customer requests that the Company install nonstandard metering equipment or metering equipment which is in addition to the metering that the Company determines is necessary to accomplish Net Energy Billing, the Company will install such nonstandard or additional metering as quickly as practicable in the normal course of the Company's business as provided in the Terms and Conditions § 12.9 of the Company's Electric Rate Schedule. The Company will charge its incremental costs of owning, maintaining, and installing such nonstandard or additional metering to the Customer. The Company will charge its incremental billing costs resulting from such nonstandard metering equipment installed at the Customer’s request. The Company, at its sole discretion, may require advance payment from the Customer for such nonstandard or additional metering. The Company will own, maintain, and read all metering equipment necessary for Net Energy Billing. If the Out Meters are not at the same voltage as the Point of Delivery, the metered energy quantities shall be adjusted to the delivery voltage as provided in the Terms and Conditions § 12.8 of the Company's Electric Rate Schedule, as may be amended from time to time, filed with and accepted by the Commission.

Metering. All output from the Project per the terms of this Agreement must be delivered through a single CAISO revenue meter and that meter must be dedicated exclusively to the Project described herein. All Product purchased under this Agreement must be measured by the Project’s CAISO revenue meter to be eligible for payment under this Agreement. Seller shall bear all costs relating to all metering equipment installed to accommodate the Project. In addition, Seller hereby agrees to provide all meter data to Buyer in a form acceptable to Buyer, and consents to Buyer obtaining from the CAISO the CAISO meter data applicable to the Project and all inspection, testing and calibration data and reports. Seller shall grant Buyer the right to retrieve the meter reads from the CAISO Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting (OMAR) web and/or directly from the CAISO meter(s) at the Project site. If the CAISO makes any adjustment to any CAISO meter data for a given time period, Seller agrees that it shall submit revised monthly invoices, pursuant to Section 6.2, covering the entire applicable time period in order to conform fully such adjustments to the meter data. Seller shall submit any such revised invoice no later than thirty (30) days from the date on which the CAISO provides to Seller such binding adjustment to the meter data.
Metering. The company may optimize and balance the gas and electric meter shop work between Peoria and Decatur depending on staffing, work load, and geographic location. For example, ship Springfield gas and electric meters to Decatur or ship Galesburg, LaSalle, and Kewanee gas and electric meters to Peoria. Metering technicians assigned to the Xxxxx Service Center may be assigned the following work in the Jerseyville service area: respond to metering emergencies or safety issues and perform meter installation accuracy verification. Metering technicians from Division II may be assigned to train new metering technicians, respond to emergencies or safety issues and perform post meter installation accuracy verification. Upon mutual agreement, the company may utilize poly-phase metermen across divisional, legal entity or local union affiliation jurisdictional boundaries to optimize and balance the staffing against the workload e.g. Galesburg to Peoria (or vice versa) or pick up Jacksonville from Beardstown or Springfield. Upon mutual agreement, the company may be able to remote site poly-phase metermen at any Ameren OC regardless of the OC’s legal entity affiliation.
Metering. For Generation meter and Consumer meter, Metering arrangement shall be as per Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended from time to time. Bi-directional meter shall be installed of same accuracy class as installed before setting up of Rooftop Solar PV System.
