Common use of Non-reduction Clause Clause in Contracts

Non-reduction Clause. It is recognized that certain Employees are presently receiving a higher rate for their job category than the rates herein negotiated. The signing of this agreement shall not be interpreted as reducing the wage rate presently being paid to these Employees.
