Non-reimbursable Costs, Charges, Fees, or Other Expenses. Any fee, cost, charge, fee, or expense incurred by the Contractor not otherwise specifically authorized by this Agreement shall be deemed a non-reimbursable cost and shall be borne by the Contractor and shall not be billed or invoiced to the Town and shall not be paid by the Town.
