NON-REIMBURSABLE SERVICES. In accordance with the AOD Policy and Procedure Manual, DEJ services are a non- reimbursable service. DEJ administrative fees must be approved by the County Chief of the Health System or designee. 1. Deferred Entry of Judgment Contractor shall remit monthly to the County Alcohol and Other Drug Services Administrator a five percent (5%) administrative fee of the gross revenues received, less refunds to participants, amount of any participant checks returned for insufficient funds, fees charged to Contractor for returned checks, and collections for drug testing for the DEJ program.
