Non-Release of Obligations. The termination of this Technical Assistance Agreement shall not release the Parties from their obligations to settle all financial accounts between themselves in cash forthwith. Notwithstanding the termination hereof, each Party shall be responsible for the performance of all of its obligations and responsibilities hereunder up to the effective date of termination. As provided in Article 7, upon termination of this Technical Assistance Agreement, NTI Intellectual Property Rights, together with NTI and/or NTI ASEAN Trade Secrets, shall continue to be kept secret and confidential by TIANJIN ZERUST.
