Common use of Non-Renewal by the Company, Without Cause or for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Non-Renewal by the Company, Without Cause or for Good Reason. The Employment Term and the Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by the Executive for Good Reason or by the Company without Cause or on account of the Company’s failure to renew the Agreement in accordance with Section 1. In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and subject to the Executive’s compliance with Section 6 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his execution, within 21 days following receipt, of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “Release”) (such 21-day period, the “Release Execution Period”), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

Non-Renewal by the Company, Without Cause or for Good Reason. The Employment Term and the Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated by the Executive for Good Reason or by the Company without Cause or on account of the Company’s failure to renew the Agreement in accordance with Section 1Sections 1 and 5; by the Executive for Good Reason; or, by the Company without Cause. In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and and, subject to the Executive’s compliance with Section 6 6, Section 7, Section 8, and Section 9 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein Agreement, and his execution, within 21 days following receipt, execution of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “Release”) and such Release becoming effective within thirty (30) days following the Termination Date (such 2130-day period, the “Release Execution Period”), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and subject to the Executive’s compliance with Section 6 5.l(d) of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his her execution, within 21 days following receipt, of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “Release”) (such 21-day period, the “Release Execution Period”), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and subject to the Executive’s compliance with Section 6 6, Section 7, Section 8, and Section 9 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his execution, within 21 days following receipt, Executive’s execution of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “Release”) and such Release becoming effective within twenty-one (21) days following the Termination Date (such twenty-one (21-day ) -day period, the “Release Execution Period”), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and subject to the Executive’s 's compliance with Section 6 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his the Executive's execution, within 21 45 days following receipt, of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “"Release”") (such 2145-day period, the “"Release Execution Period”"), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and subject to the Executive’s compliance with Section 6 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his the Executive’s execution, within 21 days following receipt, of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “Release”) (such 21-day period, the “Release Execution Period”), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:

The Employment Term and the Executive’s Employee's employment hereunder may be terminated by the Executive Employee for Good Reason or by the Company without Cause or on account of the Company’s failure 's written notice of its intention not to renew the Agreement in accordance with Section 1. In the event of such termination, the Executive Employee shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and and, subject to the Executive’s Employee's compliance with Section 6 Sections 8 through 12 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his execution, within 21 days following receipt, execution of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by reasonably satisfactory to the Company Employee (the “"Release”") and such Release becoming effective within 21 days following the Termination Date (such 21-day period, the “"Release Execution Period”"), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive Employee shall be entitled to receive the following:following (the "Severance Amounts"):

In the event of such termination, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Amounts and subject to the Executive’s compliance with Section 6 6, Section 7, Section 8, and Section 9 of this Agreement and the agreements referenced therein and his execution, within 21 days following receipt, Executive’s execution of a release of claims in favor of the Company, its affiliates and their respective officers and directors in a form provided by the Company (the “Release”) and such Release becoming effective within 10 days following the Termination Date (such 2110-day period, the “Release Execution Period”), and the Release becoming effective according to its terms, the Executive shall be entitled to receive the following:
