NON-REPRESENTATION. 13.1 You will not at any time after the termination of the Employment directly or indirectly represent yourself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of the Group (except, if it is the case, as a shareholder of the Company, an employee of a Group Company or as a director of the Company). NON-REPRESENTATION. 17.1. The Parties acknowledge that in entering into and performing this Agreement they do not do so on the basis of, and do not rely on any statement or representation or warranty or understanding other than as expressly contained in this Agreement at the Signature Date.
NON-REPRESENTATION. The Executive covenants with the Company that the Executive will not at any time after ceasing to be employed under this Agreement either personally or by his agent directly or indirectly use the name of the Company or of a Group Company in connection with his own or any other name calculated to suggest that the Executive is connected with the Company or a Group Company nor in any way hold himself out or represent himself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of the Company or a Group Company.
NON-REPRESENTATION. The Supplier will ensure that no Personnel represents him or herself as being an employee, representative or agent of HBDHB, unless he or she is expressly authorised to do so by this Agreement.
NON-REPRESENTATION. 21.1 The Executive covenants with the Company that he will not knowingly at any time make any untrue statement in relation to the Company or any Group Company or any Joint Venture Business and shall not after the termination of his employment represent himself as still being employed by or connected with the Company or any Group Company or any Joint Venture Company.

The Director covenants with the Company that the Director will not at any time after ceasing to be an officer under this Agreement either personally or by his agent directly or indirectly use the name of the Company or of a Group Company in connection with his own or any other name calculated to suggest that the Director is connected with the Company or a Group Company nor in any way hold himself out or represent himself as being in any way connected with or interested in the business of the Company or a Group Company.
NON-REPRESENTATION. From the Termination Date onwards, the Employee will not hold herself out as an employee, director, officer, agent or attorney of the Company or any other Group Company.
NON-REPRESENTATION. 1. The Finalist, in the performance of this Agreement shall act in the capacity of an Independent Contractor and not as an officer, employee or agent of the Association.
NON-REPRESENTATION. Although I am an attorney, I do not represent either or both of you. I act only as a neutral facilitator and cannot give legal advice. You are each responsible for protecting your own interests by informing yourselves about the law and by hiring independent consulting attorneys and advisors. Also as a neutral mediator, I will not file documents with the court.
NON-REPRESENTATION. It is recorded that this Agreement constitutes the entire contract between the Parties and that there are no prior representations including notices, announcements, guarantees or warranties given either verbally or in writing by either Party to the other Party on the Party’s behalf which are included in this Agreement, save and so far, as are contained in this document. The Parties warrant that the provisions of this Agreement correctly revel the intentions of the Parties and accordingly neither Party shall be entitled to apply for rectification of this Agreement. The provisions of this clause are not capable of waiver nor are they subject to any estoppels.
