Non-Scottish Article. A non-Scottish article is as defined in the Amended Regulations in paragraph 5 (a) as: an article that meets the criteria of a Scheme Article, paragraphs 1.1 (a) and 1.1 (b), above but which does not meet the criteria in paragraph 1.1 (c) above.
