Common use of Non-Segregated Series Clause in Contracts

Non-Segregated Series. Upon the occurrence of an Amortization Event relating to one or more, but not all, Outstanding Series of Notes (not including any Segregated Series of Notes), the Trustee shall exercise all remedies hereunder to the extent necessary to pay all interest and principal on the related Series of Notes up to the Invested Amount of each Series.
