Common use of Non-Solicit Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicit. During the term of this Agreement and for a period of 6 months after its termination or expiration, Service Provider shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any person who at the time is or who at any time in the preceding 6 months was an employee of Visit Orlando. In the event Service Provider breaches this Section 13.3, Visit Orlando shall be entitled to injunctive relief in addition to all other relief which a court may grant.

In the event Service Provider either party breaches this Section 13.3, Visit Orlando the injured party shall be entitled to injunctive relief in addition to all other relief which a court may grant. For purposes of this Agreement, “solicit” does not include contact that results from indirect means such as a public advertisement, placement firm searches, or similar means not directed specifically to an individual.
