NON-SOLICITATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT. The Executive hereby confirms and acknowledges that the Executive is subject to the provisions set forth in the Employee Non-Disclosure, Assignment, Non-Competition, and Non-Solicitation Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Non-Disclosure Agreement”). The provisions of this Agreement shall apply where there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
