Non-Solicitation and No-Hire. The Grantee agrees that for the duration of the Restraint Period, the Grantee shall not directly or indirectly solicit, induce, hire, recruit or encourage any of the Company’s employees, agents or contractors to leave their employment or engagement with the Company, whether on the Grantee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity. General mass solicitations of employment that are not directed at the Company or any employee(s) of the Company shall not be prohibited by this Paragraph 18.
