Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Restrictions. To protect the Company’s Secret and Confidential Information, and in the event of Executive’s termination of employment for any reason whatsoever, whether by Executive or the Company, Executive will be subject to the following restrictive covenants during and for the stated period following the termination of his employment.
