Common use of Non-Solicitation Covenant – ADT Personnel Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Covenant – ADT Personnel. (a) Participant agrees that, during Participant’s employment or service with the Company and for the greater of (a) the period commencing with the date of the Participant’s Retirement from employment or service through the final Vesting Date, or (b) the two (2) year period after separation of Participant’s employment or service with the Company (the “Non-Solicit Period”), Participant will not, directly or indirectly, on Participant’s own behalf or on behalf of another, solicit any Company Personnel to leave their employment with the Company.
