Non-Solicitation Covenant – Customer. (a) Participant agrees that, during Participant’s employment or service with the Company, and during the Non-Solicit Period, Participant will not, in the Restricted Territory, directly or indirectly, on Participant’s own behalf or on behalf of another: (i) solicit, aid, or induce any Customer of the Company to purchase goods or services then sold by the Company from another person or entity, or assist or aid any other persons or entity in identifying or soliciting any such Customer(s); or (ii) otherwise interfere with the relationship of the Company with any of their Participants, customers, vendors, agents, or representatives.
