Common use of Non-Solicitation Covenant Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Executive covenants and agrees that, during the Term and for a period equal to eighteen (18) months thereafter, he shall not, either on behalf of himself or any other Person, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to employ or hire or recruit or hire any Person who is, or during the prior twelve (12) months had been, an employee of Employer, its Parent or any of their Affiliates or induce or influence any such employee to leave the employ of Employer, Parent or any of their respective Affiliates.

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Executive covenants and agrees that, during the Term and for a period equal to eighteen (18) months thereafterafter the Term or the conclusion of Executive’s employment, he shall not, either on behalf of himself or any other Person, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to employ or hire or recruit or hire any Person who is, or during the prior twelve (12) months had been, an employee or independent contractor of Employer, its Parent Employer or any of their Affiliates or induce or influence any such employee or independent contractor to leave the employ or service of Employer, Parent Employer or any of their respective its Affiliates.
