Common use of Non-Solicitation Covenant Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Employee agrees that for a period of two (2) years following termination of employment, for any reason whatsoever, Employee will not solicit, including but not limited to the following: customers, clients, vendors, employees, or independent contractors, of the Company.

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Employee agrees that for a period of two (2) years one year following termination of employment, for any reason whatsoever, Employee will not solicitsolicit customers or clients of Employer. By agreeing to this covenant, including but not limited Employee acknowledges that their contributions to the following: customers, Employer are unique to Employer’s success and that they have significant access to Employer’s trade secrets and other confidential or proprietary information regarding Employer’s customers or clients, vendors, employees, or independent contractors, of the Company.

Non-Solicitation Covenant. Employee agrees that for a period of two (2) years following termination of employment, for any reason whatsoever, Employee will not solicit, including but not limited to to, the following: customers, customers or clients, prospective or otherwise, or vendors, employees, or independent contractors, of the Company.
