Non-Solicitation / Interference with Employees. Employee agrees to refrain from hiring any other employee, independent contractor and/or consultant currently employed by or with the Company. This provision also prohibits the Employee from encouraging any employee to terminate his/her position in order to become employed or associated with a competitive organization.
