Common use of Non-Solicitation/Non-Hire of Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation/Non-Hire of Employees. The Executive agrees that during the Executive’s employment with the Company and for a period of eighteen (18) months following the last day of the Executive’s employment, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit or induce, or attempt to solicit or induce, any employee of the Company and any related entity to leave the Company and any related entity for any reason whatsoever or hire any individual employed by the Company and related entity. For purposes of this Article 8.2, employee shall mean any individual employed by the Company and any related entity on the last day of the Executive’s employment or within the three-month period prior to the last day of the Executive’s employment.
