Non-Solicitation of Business. During the Term hereof and for a period of one (1) year after the termination or expiration of this Agreement, regardless of who initiated the termination, the Executive will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, interfere with, or divert away from the Company any customer of the Company who did any business with the Company during the Term hereof.
