Common use of Non-Solicitation of Clients by Executive Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Clients by Executive. Executive agrees that for so long as Executive is employed by the Company and continuing for three (3) years thereafter (such period is referred to as the “Restricted Period”) Executive shall not solicit or attempt to solicit the business of any customers or clients of the Company with respect to services that the Company performs for such customers or clients regardless of how or when the Executive first obtained business from or provided services to such customers or clients.
