Common use of Non-Solicitation of Company Customer Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Company Customer. During the Non-Solicitation Restricted Period, I will not, directly or indirectly, for my own benefit or for the benefit of any other individual or entity: (a) solicit business from, or offer to provide products or services that are similar to any product or service provided or that could be provided by the Company or that are otherwise competitive with the Business to, any Company Customer; (b) cause or encourage any Company Customer to reduce or cease doing business with the Company, or (c) otherwise negatively interfere with the Company’s relationships with any Company Customer.
