Non-Solicitation of Customers and Suppliers. During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, use any Confidential Information to influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of Employer or the Company, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates, with whom he had contact during his employment with Employer, the Company or any of their respective affiliates, to divert their business to any Competitor. During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not directly or indirectly, use influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of Employer or the Company, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates, with whom he had contact during his employment with Employer, the Company or any of their respective affiliates, to divert their business to any Competitor with respect to the Biosite Business.
