Non-Solicitation of Customers and Suppliers. During the period of Executive’s employment hereunder and for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of termination of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, influence or attempt to influence customers or suppliers of the Company to divert any of their business to any Competitor of the Company.
