Non-Solicitation of Customers/Suppliers. The Executive agrees that during the course of employment with the Company, and for a period equal to the Severance Period thereafter, the Executive will not directly or indirectly (i) divert or attempt to divert any person, concern or entity which is furnished products or services by the Company from doing business with the Company or otherwise change its relationship with the Company; or (ii) induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier or service provider to cease being a customer, supplier or service provider of the Company or to otherwise change its relationship with the Company.
