Common use of Non-Solicitation of Insight Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Insight Employees. During Employee’s employment with Insight and for a period of twelve months following the termination of Employee’s employment with an Insight Company, Employee will not directly or indirectly encourage, induce, or otherwise solicit, directly or indirectly, any employee of an Insight Company with whom the Employee worked to terminate his or her employment or otherwise interfere with the business relationship of an Insight Company with its employees.

During Employee’s employment with Insight and for a period of twelve twenty-four months following the termination of Employee’s employment with an Insight Company, Employee will not directly or indirectly encourage, induce, or otherwise solicit, directly or indirectly, any employee of an Insight Company with whom the Employee worked to terminate his or her employment or otherwise interfere with the business relationship of an Insight Company with its employees.
