Common use of Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this subsection apply only to Prospective Customers with whom Employee had Material Contact during the term of Employee’s employment.

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During the Restricted Period, Employee You shall notnot solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of providing the Prospective Customer, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of Company for the purpose of selling either individually or providing through another person or entity, any products or services competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this subsection apply only to Prospective Customers with whom Employee You had Material Contact during in the term performance of Employee’s employmentYour work duties for the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During the Restricted Period, Employee You shall not, directly or indirectly, as an individual, partner, director, officer, consultant, owner, or employee, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any investment interests, products or services competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this subsection Section apply only to Prospective Customers with whom Employee You had Material Contact during the term last year of Employee’s employmentYour engagement with the Company (or during Your engagement if engaged less than a year).
