Common use of Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During the Restricted Period, You shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of Internap for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this Section apply only to Prospective Customers with whom You had Contact during the last year of Your employment with Internap (or during Your employment if employed less than a year). Nothing in this Section shall be construed to prohibit You from soliciting any Prospective Customer of Internap for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business which Internap no longer offers.
