Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During the Restricted Period, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this subsection shall apply only to those Prospective Customers (i) with whom or which Executive dealt on behalf of the Company, (ii) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised by Executive, or (iii) about whom Executive obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Executive’s association with the Company.
