Common use of Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During the Restricted Period, You shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this Section apply only to Prospective Customers (1) with whom or which You dealt on behalf of the Company; (2) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised by You; or (3) about whom You obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Your association with the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During your tenure and during the Restricted Period, You shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services (including employment) competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this Section shall apply only to those Prospective Customers (1a) with whom or which You dealt on behalf of the Company; , (2b) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised by You; , or (3c) about whom You obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Your association with the Company.
