Common use of Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Prospective Customers. During your tenure and during the Restricted Period, You shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services (including employment) competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this Section shall apply only to those Prospective Customers (a) with whom or which You dealt on behalf of the Company, (b) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised by You, or (c) about whom You obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Your association with the Company.

During your tenure and during the Restricted Period, You shall will not, directly or indirectly, solicit any Prospective Customer of the Company for the purpose of selling or providing any products or services (including employment) competitive with the Business. The restrictions set forth in this Section shall subsection will apply only to those Prospective Customers (a) with whom or which You dealt on behalf of the Company, (b) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx March 29, 2021 supervised by You, or (c) about whom You obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Your association with the Company.

The restrictions set forth in this Section subsection shall apply only to those Prospective Customers Customers: (ai) with whom or which You dealt on behalf of the Company, (bii) whose dealings with the Company were coordinated or supervised by You, or (ciii) about whom You obtained Confidential Information in the ordinary course of business as a result of Your association with the Company.
