Non-Solicitation of Protected Customers. Directly or indirectly, on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of a competitor of the Company’s Business, or as a Principal or Representative of any other Person, solicit, divert, take away or attempt to solicit, divert, or take away a Protected Customer for purposes of providing or selling services or products that are the same as or substantially similar to the services and products that are provided or sold by the Company.
