Common use of Non-solicitation of Protected Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-solicitation of Protected Employees. Executive understands and agrees that the relationship between the Company and each of its Protected Employees constitutes a valuable asset of the Company and may not be converted to Executive's own use or converted by Executive for the use of any other Person. Accordingly, Executive hereby agrees that during the Employment Period plus a period extending an additional twenty-four (24) months from the date of termination of employment, Executive shall not directly or indirectly on Executive's own behalf or on behalf of any Person solicit any Protected Employee to terminate his or her employment with the Company. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "solicit" shall expressly exclude Persons responding to generic trade journal and periodical advertisements.
