Common use of Non-Solicitation of Restricted Residents Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Restricted Residents. During the Restricted Period, none of the Xxxxxx Restricted Parties shall in any manner, directly or indirectly, solicit, induce or attempt to induce a Restricted Resident to leave the Project or to move to any other manufactured home facility.
