NON-SOLICITATION OF STAFF. 27.1. For the purpose of this Contract, all Parties to this Contract agree, not to solicit either directly or indirectly with a view to provide or offer employment to, offer to contract with or entice a staff member of the other Party to leave without the consent of the other during the Term of the Contract and for an additional period of 180 (one-hundred and eighty) days after termination.
