Common use of Non-Solicitation of SUB Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of SUB Employees. For a period of five (5) years from the date hereof, Executive will not solicit or induce any person who is an employee of SUB or was such at any time within three months prior to the date hereof to become employed by any other person, firm or corporation or approach any such employee for such purpose or authorize or knowingly approve the taking of such actions by other persons, without the prior written consent of SUB.
