Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. I agree that for a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of my employment relationship with the Company, for any reason, I shall not, either directly or indirectly solicit, induce, recruit or encourage any of the hotels, affiliates, or commercially linked websites doing business with the Company to limit, curtail, or stop doing business with the Company or to attempt to divert business directed by such parties to the Company to any other person or entity.
