Common use of Non-Solicitation of Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. You agree that during the Restricted Period, you will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or influence, or attempt to solicit or influence, the Company’s suppliers to provide goods or services then provided to the Employer to any other person or entity in Competition with the Employer.
