Non-Solicitation of Suppliers. During Employee’s employment and during the Restricted Period, Employee shall not induce or attempt to induce any salesman, distributor, supplier, manufacturer, representative, agent, jobber or other person transacting business with Corporation to terminate their relationship with or Corporation, or to represent, distribute or sell products in competition with products of Corporation; or
