NON-SPECIFICATION PRODUCTS Sample Clauses
The NON-SPECIFICATION PRODUCTS clause defines how products that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications are handled within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for identifying, reporting, and remedying non-conforming goods, such as requiring the supplier to replace or repair the products at their own expense. Its core function is to ensure that only products meeting the contract's standards are accepted, thereby protecting the buyer from receiving substandard goods and providing a clear process for addressing quality issues.
