Non-Strategic Amendments. Licensee shall have the right to make any Non-Strategic Amendment to the Development Plan. In Licensee’s quarterly reports to the Development Committee pursuant to Section 4.1.1.8, Licensee shall include a summary of all Non-Strategic Amendments made to the Development Plan and shall provide a copy of the revised Development Plan incorporating such Non-Strategic Amendments to the Development Committee together with such quarterly report.
