Non-Subordination. The Landlord’s reversionary interest in the Premises and Landlord’s interest in this Lease shall be superior and prior in interest to any loans, mortgages, deeds of trust, other leases, liens and encumbrances that may hereafter be placed on the Premises, or any part thereof, by, against or as a result of the acts of Tenant or anyone deriving any interest in the Premises, or any part thereof or interest therein, through Tenant. Any loan, mortgage, deed of trust, lease, lien or encumbrance placed by Tenant on the Premises or the Improvements, or any part thereof or interest therein, shall not adversely affect Landlord’s interests under this Lease or Landlord’s interests in the Premises. Tenant agrees, without any cost or expense to Landlord, to execute any instrument which is necessary or is reasonably requested by Landlord to further confirm the non-subordination of Landlord’s reversionary interest in the Premises and Landlord’s interest in this Lease. Nothing in the foregoing shall obviate the provisions of Section 14.2 to provide a Lender Recognition Agreement.
