Common use of Non-Survival of Representations and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Non-Survival of Representations and Covenants. Except for Article 1 and Article 2, 4.6, 4.7, 4.8(b), 4.9, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, 4.16, 4.17, 4.18, 4.19, 4.20, 4.21 4.22 and 4.23 and this Article 7, the respective representations, warranties, obligations, covenants and agreements of the Parties shall not survive the Chilean Effective Time. Except for Article 1 and Article 2, Sections 4.8(b), 4.11, 4.12, 4.13, 4.16, 4.17, 4.18, 4.19, 4.20, 4.21, 4.22 and 4.23 and this Article 7, the respective representations, warranties, obligations, covenants and agreements of the Parties shall not survive the consummation of the Colombian Assets and Liabilities Acquisition.
