Non-Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants Following the Effective Time. Except for Articles III and IV and Sections 7.12, 8.1 and 8.2, none of the respective representations, warranties, obligations, covenants and agreements of the Parties thereto shall survive the Effective Time.
