Common use of Non-Teacher Licensing Clause in Contracts

Non-Teacher Licensing. As required under IC § 20-5.5-6-5(c), the Organizer represents that any individual who provides a service to students at the Charter School that is not teaching, and for which a license is required under Indiana law, shall have the appropriate license to provide the service in Indiana.
