Non-Transferability of the Restricted Stock Units. During the RSU Restriction Period and until such time as the Restricted Stock Units are settled as provided herein or on the website of the Plan Administrator, the Restricted Stock Units shall not be transferable by the Eligible Individual by means of sale, assignment, exchange, encumbrance, pledge, hedge or otherwise.
