Non-Transferring Tenders. 7.1 Subject to the termination of any Non-Transferring Tender (or any Relevant Part thereof) pursuant to sub-paragraphs 7.2 and 7.3 below, the provisions of sub-paragraph 5.2 of this Schedule 7 shall continue to apply in respect of a Non-Transferring Tender for the term of the relevant Non-Transferring Tender.
