Non-U.S. Provisions. (a) If Partner is a resident of the United Kingdom, this Agreement is modified as follows: (i) third parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any provision of this Agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of such third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
